Apparently not the companies who will have overcapacity and oversupply due to less consumption. They are trying to dump it on us in exchange for a few digital shekels. If any rugrats show up for Halloween I'll just toss them some coins, don't need the temptation of $30 worth of poison sitting around my home (I'll end up eating it).
