Ordered a headband that was supposed to arrive last Friday with free 2 day shipping. They gave me a tracking # but the item hasn't shipped (it's now sold out apparently). I called and they said I have to wait 10 days before I can can cancel and they can't do anything right now.

They offered me a 30% voucher, which is less than this and many of their promotions...and it can't be combined with them...and it expires in 60 days.

Pretty annoying.
