Test your SD cards with H2TESTW:

Or with Samsung Memory Card & UFD Authentication Utility [samsung.com]
Don't get burned by fakes. Don't wait to test your card.

Don't forget, 25% cash back on the 128gb card on Amazon using prime card.
Thanks got 128gb from bb due to possible counterfeit issues from Amazon.
With h2testw. It writes to the whole card and reads it back. If there's anything missing it will show an error.

Product page showed 25% off Prime card then disappeared when I added it to cart. Went back and refreshed and it was gone.

It's cashback on your Prime Rewards Card, I don't think it will show on the checkout page.

You can find it here: https://www.amazon.com/l/17934980011?pcb-offers-price-range=PRICE_0_TO_25&pcb-node-ids=493964&pcb-of... [amazon.com]

And my personal experience with buying a card bought directly from Amazon that I didn't know was a fake until a year later. When I told them it was a fake they didn't care at all.

Now I never buy memory cards or camera batteries or anything else that can be easily faked from Amazon. I stick with retailers like Best Buy and B&H who actually care about their customers over their products and won't taint their supply chain for a quick buck.
There is a BIG difference between San Disk and Samsung cards. I run up to 30 security cams plus about and probably another dozen devices that us 32 Gb and up (mostly up) SD cards. I've only had failures with San Disk and Titan. And also between 3rd party sellers on Amazon and the official Samsung store there is a big difference.

Since I started testing all my cards with H2testw a few years ago I've only found failures on 3 older cards, 2 San Disk and one Titan. And I've only bought Samsung since.

When you buy test them, don't wait a year to find out if they are fake.

And quickly reading the links provided I found no mention of faulty Samsung cards.
