At about $2 for a 24 oz. box this is a good deal. Let the naysayers have at it.

Premium Saltine Crackers are the original Saltine Crackers. Topped with coarse sea salt, Saltine Crackers are the perfect salty and crunchy complement to so many dishes. Enjoy these sea salt Crackers dipped or crumbled into your favorite stews, soups or chili. Premium family size snack crackers also make a great light, salty snack on their own or when you add cheese or peanut butter. Premium Saltine Crackers contain no cholesterol, have 0 grams of trans fat per serving and no saturated fat for only 1.5 grams of total fat per serving.

Good price if you must have Nabisco brand.
Everyone will have their own tastes- I prefer Walmart's Great Value ones. I find them lighter and crispier.

And if pinching pennies counts, Walmart's are 77 cents for a box of four packs (19 cents per sleeve vs 33 cents for Nabisco's sleeve).

Word of caution, the ones I bought had less than 2 months before they expire and they were stale (probably they were not properly stored)

Thanks for doing the math for me. I buy Walmart or Aldi inches usually. Honestly they just end up in soup so why overspend on the most basic of crackers?

I've been consistently picking up the 12 sleeve box from my local Costco (YMMV, it's not in all cities from my experience) for $5-7. This is of course still a great deal, just leaving this comment here for anyone who loves cheap saltines year round Smilie

I went to a restaurant once.. they give you generic saltines on the table... then i got a appetizer that came with crackers... and they have you the "premium" ones.. so i got to taste test them... the premium brand was better.. its funny that the restaurant went out of their way to carry to brands

The same with me. However, being the cheapskate that I am I salvaged the crackers by placing a half sleeve's worth at a time in our air fryer -- 350F for 4 to 5 minutes. The "toasted" crackers were quite good.
