Lower price than what I've seen so far seems like a good deal for the i7 model with 16GB ram and 512GB SSD

Other nice things are 2K 400+nit monitor and 3:2 ratio
in Laptops (4)

Not a bad deal. The Display is very good for productivity due to its high quality, great brightness and 3:2 aspect ratio. Also, goof selection of ports over the new Dell XPS 13 2-in-1, Thunderbolt 3 are plus for this device.

I just ordered it, the specs seem really good for <$1000. Most of the convertibles in this range have a really mediocre 1080p screen and don't have thunderbolt 3

I am looking for a decent one in around 600-700 range. This one is tempting so wondering if it is worth spending those extra bucks!

This is another I was thinking (I know its not as great as the Acer)

IMO you're paying a premium for convertible factor here so if you're going bang for the buck I'd probably just get a regular laptop. The pavilion is about 1lb heavier than most thin and light convertibles and the battery life is not great which is the tradeoff you're making and I think if you plan on holding it as a tablet that 1lb is going to make a big difference.

The Acer swift 3 has a Ryzen 4700U which will blow everything away in terms of performance, but you lose the touch screen:

I am not set and stone for touchscreen, but it's an added bonus haha.

You're losing a lot more than just the touchscreen with that one. Once you've used a 3:2 2k laptop for work, you can't go back to a 16:9 screen. It's that much better

If anyone ends up wanting to return their order, please let me know. I can't believe I was up all night deal hunting and I missed this laptop literally in plain sight😔

After looking around this was definitely one of the better Prime Day laptop deals. Too bad I missed it.

I hope this gets restocked before the sale goes away, I was undecided all morning about this and then once I decided, it went out of stock! I don't see this available at any other retailers at this price. I want 😟

If it is using a 4k screen, this will be a better deal
