you have to take the sales reps with a grain of salt... ask 3 and get 3 different answers.

2. I have an iPhone X to trade in
3. I qualify for up to $800 in credits
4. AT&T would send me an iPhone 12 64gb with my trade it
5. The first 2-3 months would cost be about $26, then it goes to zero for the remainder of the 30 months
6. 30 months is IT, there is no way to scale it back to 24.
7. There is a ONE TIME charge for $30 to swap phones.
8. After 3 months, my bill goes back to its normal charge
9. After 3 months, the installment charge goes to $0.00
10. I DO NOT have to change my plan at all.

Also FAN is the same as Signature Program I believe?
Its odd that if I log in for 4 lines Unlimted Elite is $60-$10 autopay -$10 Signature Program = $40

I can't speak for FAN in relation to Signature Program but the FAN discount is tied to my Employer. That's an additional $10 off per month.
