you do not need to upgrade your plan if you're already on an unlimited plan.
you can upgrade/trade-in more than one phone
you can chose 24, 30 or 36 month installment/credit plans
you cannot pay off the phones and still get the credits
Does anyone know what are my chances of getting an upgrade into this new iPhone 12 considered my iPhone 11 Pro Max is still locked until October 2021? For last year's promotion, they still allowed people whose contracts have not matured to take advantage of the offer.

and of course make sure you select att, and installment. then att is supposed to have an offer for you that you can use for up to 30 days.
