Lowest price in a very long time. I plan to use these to turn canvas drop cloths into all weather tarps that can withstand the very harsh CA sun. Good for lean-to, tent construction, plant shades. Can grommet a wide range of material.

Depends on your budget really. You may want to start here with nautical sail making tools and supplies. For example, here is an inexpensive 1" grommet die setter:

https://www.sailrite.com/Vent-Gro...gLPMfD_BwE

You would need a 1" punch to go with it to create the 1" hole for the grommet. General Tool I believe makes an inexpensive one. I'll leave it to you to poke around further and find one. Remember, GOOGLE is your friend.

thank you, and yes i tried google but a 1" grommet kit is extremely difficult to find (for an affordable price). I will probably just buy new drapes.

I bought these same grommets in March for a few cents less than this price. But I have been waiting for the price to drop below $8 since then. So I picked up an order. Thanks!

If you don't need brass, you can get a similar kit with 50 aluminum grommets at Harbor Freight for half this price.

See? You don't understand what is like to have big brass ones.

Like in the home depot not.. they're half an (angry) inch!

Reason is that for a 1 inch you're better off cutting the hole yourself. Exacto knife or even scissors should work well and not take too long
