They certainly did, but I believe that only works for 1 camera. You would have have to buy the rest at their normal retail of $25+ We've always had a healthy competition with Wyze

You have to order the Wyze through an Amazon ECHO device by Voice (not their app or site, not on a phone -- an ECHO device). I got one for $10 and will try it.

But you can only order 1, if you want more its $25 each.

This is a pretty good deal for cheap set of 4 jist to play around with; but NOT for high-value protection or baby room. I hope they continue to advance the features (such as making it quieter, bringing back 4 screen view for free, and adding conveniences). Basically Id say just do everything Wyze does + a little more @ slightly lower price. For example Wyze stops recording for 5 minutes if there was movement. YI should have a similar power saving festure BUT allow you to override it so every movement triggers the camera (useful in garages and indoors). Etc etc. Then Id be convinced for serious work.

Id rather see YI have $15 basic cams + $35 ADVANCED cams --- than to just compete with Wyze and come slightly short. I strongly encourage YI to make a cheap line & then to improve everything BETTER than Wyze and charge more than Wyze for a high-end. Yes Wyze will be the middle option, but YI will be the more loved. A future "set" might included 2 YI-ADVANCED cams + 2 YI-LITE cams. This would be awesome bc it can lower cost while still giving you better options (like putting ADVANCED cam in baby's room and front porch, but putting LITE cheaper cams to watch the dog or living room).

It seems YI is very responsive so if they have some imagination they can do better than Wyze. Wyze will just target mainstream.

YI should try to specialize (PRO, ADVANCED, LITE, SELFIE, VLOG) and try many different features like weather sealing or better lens or cheaper or super quiet or working with more apps or more connection options or better buffer or better live stream controls etc etc).

Dont just compete with Wyze. If you want to win upper and lower market than Wyze, then be bold. Bc Wyze has middle advantage. Make high end and over time give those featyres to low end.

This is good deal for lower end rn.
