These bars are small but make for a really good snack. I pick them up at albertsons when they go on clearance. The cookie dough is good and surprisingly the yogurt honey has a nice taste.

With 17g of sugar, I would hope it tastes good.

In for cookie dough. 210 calories and 15 g of protein. Not a great ratio but not bad for a bar that tastes good.

Very old school protein bar, which means a F ton of sugar for the people who wouldn't eat the bar without it.

Whey protein is pretty dated that this point too. I know my stomach feels a ton better on pea protein.

Perfect bars need refrigeration, but they're my go to favorite bar these days.

Majority of the protein in the product is "Soy Protein Isolate" on ingredients list which is a cheaper and less nutritive protein.

Nutritional content on these is pretty poor. Might work for someone just looking for a meal replacement but it's packed with sugar and carbs and a good deal of saturated fat too. No fiber either? Hard pass on these.

Soy also has phytoestrogens, which causes estrogen production in the body. Any guy looking to build muscle should avoid such.

Wow -- I did not appreciate protein bar shopping had become so sophisticated - I just look for vitamins and protein.
