Stuff works well; I always keep a bottle in my car. Getting a claybar will make the world of difference when detailing your car. This stuff is good to get a nice mirror finish going.

I stopped using the turtle wax products ages ago... they were always less impressive than the Meguiars.
Sorry but ur wrong and the people liking ur comment have no idea. Turtle wax ICE has got so much better over the past years. That line alone is better than any Meguiars spray wax. I love Meguiars btw.
Used quick detailed yesterday with a clay bar. Washed. Clay bar. Waxed. Amazing.

Can't go wrong with meguiars and the quick detailer is a must have. Use it with a microfiber or terry towel to quickly spot clean any exterior surface. It provides the lubrication necessary to prevent scratching the surface as you would w just water. As others noted it is also the ideal product to lubricate when using a clay bar. - which most people don't know but this should be your first step before trying to polish or wax a car. It takes off contaminants that a wash would never remove (usually can't even see them w eye) and cause swirls if still present when applying wax/compound/polish

My husband and I own a body shop and I agree with Meguiers and huge thumbs down on Turtle Wax. (At least in a professional setting). My prep and detail guys use Meguiers for interior, exterior paint, and the vinyl cleaner in the tan bottle for vinyl exterior trim.
How does Meguiers compare to Chemical guys?

Clay bar suggestions?
I've used mother's clay bar and it worked well with no issues.

Recently I discovered mother's speed clay 2.0, a synthetic bar with a nice ergonomic grip and claims to be reusable for 20 cars and washable if you drop it. I tried it last week and loved it - took about half the time and a fraction of the effort, at the expense of having difficulty getting into every nook and cranny. Using the plastic bag test, I'd say it got about 90% of the contaminants off, which is good enough for me. You may get better results using this QD spray, as I was empty and only used diluted car soap w the Speed Clay.

Only shot is to wet sand it. Otherwise will need a body shop

Regular claybar use will cause marring and microabrasions, requiring polishing, so Ive shied away from its use on my recent cars. That being said, turtle wax seal and shine and their ceramic wet wax are actually very good.
