3 months have gone since my last purchase. I did everything they wanted me to do but never received the $10 Rebate.

Got this last time. Thin and kind of cheap. But good deal for ten bucks. I might get another set and throw away the other ones and replace them. At this price, they are almost disposable pans. I use them for things like eggs and grilled cheese sandwiches. For that, they are good, because they are so thin they heat up quick. And also I use thin metal spatulas for them, and don't care if they wear out. I can just toss them and get another ten dollar set.
I know this is an easy way to live since there are always good deals on cheap things, but please consider how much this lifestyle adds to the landfills. Paying a bit more for better quality items almost always works out to be less expensive in the long term anyway so you're bound to be saving some money as well as helping the Earth

So, I am not seeing the results of your followup from www.MacysRebates.com...which is what you should have done by now, as it has been longer than 8 weeks. Stuff happens or doesn't, so now it is your move.

You can get T-fal's higher end stuff, like their advanced titanium, or professional series. Costco is currently selling a decent 3-pack for $25

Thanks for this info. This is just what I was looking for. I will be ordering this set from Costco today. Repped!

Any recommendations for an alternative brand? Teflon brands tend to wear out in a couple of years regardless of the maker, so a decently priced, relatively good quality would be appreciated.
T-fal has a line called 'Heatmaster'. I bought a 10" pan on a Macy's Black Friday slickdeal and have been using the same pan on a gas cooktop literally everyday for almost 2 years and it's held up great. I love that you can put it in the oven too.

This is the style. https://slickdeals.net/e/12206893-macy-s-black-friday-t-fal-heatmaster-sapphire-infused-non-stick-pan-for-7-99-after-12-00-rebate?v=1&src=SiteSearch

Black Friday is only 5 weeks away. If you don't need pans today, I'd wait for then anyway.

Fwiw- I'm not one of those people that have any problems doing Rebates, having successfully done hundreds with maybe one or two issues over the last 10 years. And even then, they were cleared up easily with a call and/or resubmission.

I would like to "warn" readers about Macy's mail in rebate.

If you think you will buy any item and hope you will get your $10 back that is not going to happen.

MAIL IN REBATE FROM MACY'S IS A FRAUD !!

If you need to buy and pay the price then do it but if you want to buy because it is cheap after mail in rebate, NOTHING IS COMING BACK as rebate

I do not know which vendor Macy's uses but they are FULL OF SHYT !!

Is there a way to check if it's this price in-store? There is a shipping cost and usually a markup online as well.
Yes, in store price is $25. They are not dishwasher safe though. Ended up buying gotham brand from Costco which was dishwasher safe

Good for 3~6 month usage
This is actually important for people to know. They need to dispose off in a planned way due to the risk of Teflon coat wearing off at which point it becomes toxic.

Mail in rebate sucks-pond-water, which is a compliment. The constraints are NOT customer friendly.

Macy's right around the corner for me and at $10 it's about as close to free as it gets.

I don't understand why is complaining about a pan set for $10, even Ross doesn't have their junk for this cheap.

I see it has teflon, well that's a hard pass. Personally I love rebate deals and never have issues with them. So maybe people that do need to take some time to write more legible or something.

Nonstick in general is disposable trash. Get stainless, carbon steel, or cast iron. They last forever.
But I just want to cook my eggs without adding oil and at least being able to scrape them off. Without nonstick this seems impossible.
