10% off Amazon Coupon Up to $20 Off! USPS Temporary Mail Forwarding or Permanent Address Change Offers

First post! 10% off Amazon coupon! I just submitted a temporary change of address through USPS to forward my mail to another address (must be less than 6 months), but this also works with a permanent address change request, and with the usual "moving" coupons offered, there's a 10% off Amazon coupon! Up to $20 off. No minimum purchase required. Applies to products shipped from and sold by Amazon.com. Offer expires 11/30/2020.

Select the Amazon offer and whichever other offers you want while submitting the address change, then you'll receive an email from USPS. All you have to do is click "Visit Site" on the Amazon promo in your email, sign in to Amazon and tell them what month you're moving, and the coupon is automatically applied to your Amazon account.

Note that it does cost $1.05 to USPS to verify your identity via a successful card payment.

Rep to op for post, but I advise everyone not to do this, because maximum $20 saving is not worth the hassle of messing up your mailing address.

I used to change my address between my home and my parent's home, so I may get similar coupons for Best Buy, Lowe's, etc. However, it messed up my address records at the credit bureaus. Moreover, some important mails got rerouted and lost - like checks and 401K info.

Note that you're gambling $1.05 to do this, which is the USPS forwarding fee.

Thanks, good point, I just added that info to my post! As well as screenshots of the email received after selecting the offer, and the confirmation from Amazon once the promo's active on the account.

This has been going on for years. Used to be a max of $50 in savings. I'm pretty sure you can only do it once

Great deal though

Is this only redeemable for one purchase or for an entire month that you select? Thanks!

Government sells your data when you move. They are the worst offender.

Protip: You can move your LLC/business' mail (of which, you get none or very little) to a relative's address...

Looks like max of $20 savings now, barely worth it for the hassle

You can also schedule a move a month out, and then cancel it once you get the coupons. But it hardly seems worth it for a $20 coupon.

I moved, had one of these and had an invalid offer with the resulting link. So YMMV on execution. Bit annoying I couldn't redeem the offer, but also didn't seem worth my time to ask anyone about it.

Yeah this has been around for a while. Guess it's good to remind the general public every so often I guess.

Miss the good ol' days of walking into a Post Office, asking for a movers packet, and picking out that awesome 10% off Best Buy coupon whenever I needed one
