Kind of off topic but I'm wondering. Can Windows 10 handle monitors with different refresh rates? Say I got this and paired it with an ultrawide for productivity (the ultrawide runs at 75hz and this runs at 165hz). Would there be problems?

Yes, refresh rates are set per monitor.
