It not a game for adults. For my 7 year old, it has been huge in expanding her vocabulary and reading comprehension. It really helped her make leaps in her spelling.

Others milage may vary but I got it on sale and really glad I did.
since no one is actually talking about lego worlds or answering questions about it... It is a dumpster fire on the switch. Draw distance is embarrassingly low, it freezes for 1-2 seconds when you bring up your builder menu, frame rates drop to 10-20 fps running split screen. I tried playing this with my 5 year old and regret every dollar I spent on it. It seems like a cool concept but definitely too demanding for the switch.

Scibblenauts wasn't what I was expecting and I was disappointed by it. Wish Eshop had a refund policy like steam.

I really recommend the Lego ones, especially Jurassic and Harry Potter. Both have tons of content. And good on digital download since they are good for pickup-and-play, either handheld or on screen.

We own

Lego Movie 2
Lego Marvel Super Hero
Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2
Lego Marvel's Avengers
Lego Harry Potter

Best games for my 6yo are Lego Harry Potter and Lego Marvel Super Hero. She just watched the HP movies so good timing there.

Is it possible to buy games from this sale and not redeem them yet? My sister is thinking of getting a Switch for the kids for Christmas, and it would be nice to get them a couple of games.

Unfortunately, no. You have to have a logged in Nintendo account with a Switch registered to it, I believe Frown Dumb rule!
