The 10% discount says Xbox consoles and accessories are not included, but it looks like the Elite Series 2 Controller slipped past. Pretty good deal if you are looking to upgrade controllers in preparation for the Xbox Series X. Clip the Target Circle 10% off coupon first and it will automatically discount in your cart at checkout. (see image). I missed it in my purchase, but it should stack if you happen to have a Target Circle one time use 5% off storewide purchase on your account. That could take it down even further to $146.19.

The rubber grip on the handle also will eventually fall off as well, and if you try to glue it back in, it doesn't fit the same as it's stretched out. Not worth the money IMO. But some like the paddle feature and the quick trigger, but you can buy those as an add-on accessory from different sellers, just check amazon.

yes, i have two gen1s.
no, i didn't pay anywhere near full price and never would. the one i'm currently using already has stick drift, and i don't even play that much anymore.
