Horizon Fitness has Horizon 7.0 Studio Series AT Treadmill for $999 - extra 10% off w/ coupon code HEROES2020 = $899.10. Shipping is free. Thanks Finker001
I recently bought this and have been experiencing the same app connectivity problems as stated on the android store. I've been communicating with Horizon about this and they just sent me an updated version of the treadmill software via mail to install on the treadmill to resolve the connectivity problems. I verified that the version on the treadmill is older than what is coming in the mail (V2 vs V3). So hopefully this fixes the problem as they claim it will. Not sure why the treadmill ships with old treadmill software.
This is a very sturdy treadmill. I'm still very happy with it, particularly for the price, but I do occasionally wish I got a model with a 22" width. It's not a big deal, but it would definitely be better for running. I would say this is the best value in the Horizon treadmill line.
I was able to get it into my basement and assembled by myself, but I would definitely recommend a 2nd person to help. Assembly can be quite awkward, and potentially dangerous due to the weight. Pay close attention to the wire coming out of the front right leg. It is easy to get stuck underneath and damaged during assembly. I'd also recommend applying the supplied lubricant prior to use.
The code works on the 7.4 model with the 22 inch wide deck. I was looking at this one and called last week they said shipping in 4-5 weeks ground freight from Seattle. Still hard to pull the trigger at $1440.
I was looking for a treadmill for a while now.. Saw a couple of Proform models at costco.com but none of them in stock.. Sams had one but delivery was about a month away...
Finally got a Proform Carbon TL treadmill for 599$ - 10% coupon (with 5% Cash back from Chase freedom by paying with paypal)... I went and picked it up yesterday.. it weighs 212 pounds.. not sure how i'm going to take it down to the basement
I bought this brand when Dicks Sporting was closing them out. Think it's the model below this, but it was 66% off, had to drive an hour but was well worth it. My wife runs, and she runs a lot, for long distances, so having a quality treadmill is a must. This thing has held up nicely and I've only lubed the belt a few times, I'm not a runner and don't go around the treadmill often, so I forget. It's holding up well and the brand seems really solid.
Ours came with a cracked motor cover and they had a new one to me within a few days, no pushback, free.
Yes we bought in June and have had the motor replaced 3 times already
Looking at customer reviews on some sites and this seems to be fairly common with motor defects, I'm a little nervous on pulling the trigger. Also sounds like (as someone else replied), getting techs scheduled if there is an issue isn't easy.
Surely you can sell T303 on offerup or craigslist without effort.
Good idea in a pandemic but then it's still $900 & not sure I can get that.
Of course flip side is refusing delivery & getting socked with delivery/restocking charges which could be like 25-30% of cost!
I got the cheaper t303 back in june for this price and think it was a solid buy. At this price this is a no brainer if you aren't looking forward to going back to a gym anytime soon
I was wondering the same. Comparing the specs, it looks like the 7.0 has a thicker belt (1.6mm vs 1.4) and larger rollers (60mm vs 46mm), and is also 55 pounds heavier. The 7.0 is also slightly bigger (76.5" x 36" x 59" vs 75" x 34" x 58"), though the deck size is the same. To me it sounds like the 7.0 is going to be a bit sturdier, but I have no actual experience with either.
I have an ancient treadmill I bought from a neighbor for $50. It's still working okay, but I'm worried it's going to go sometime soon, and I am an avid runner. I've been waiting for a good deal and the 7.0 seems like it might be time to pull the trigger...

Should have waited.
Great deal on this 7.0AT.
Bigger rollers & made for more running.

Edited to add: I'm comparing the 7.0 and 7.4, and am finding the reviews on TreadmillReviews.net to be helpful:
