Many of you haven't heard of Jomers. They basically try to get to 95% of SuitSupply quality at 30-50% of the price. This is a grey Italian VBC 100% Super 110s wool, Bemberg lined, half canvas suit for $200. Just launched today. They generally sell out of their suits at the price points they have them for, and this will be no different. I have a heathered blue pinstripe from last time, and it's my favorite. I'm just too fkn fat to wear it right now, not that I have anywhere to go...

44R already gone. They are a DROP 6, meaning your pants will be 6" smaller than your jacket size (42R gets you 36" pants). Pants are unhemmed; these will need to go to a tailor. Also keep in mind that THESE ARE SLIM, and ONLY SLIM.

What fit would these be comparable to at Suit Supply? Seems interesting.

Review mentions the Napoli as the closest comparison, but I have no personal experience.

That would be perfect if they came in L sizes. I have a few Napoli and their fit is perfect. Oh well, still sounds like a good deal for those that can take advantage. Maybe as they continue to grow.

lol now nowhere to wear those in my case. The offices have been closed since March and we aren't going back until early next year.

Says $250 now. Is there a code, or did it go up?

Tops out at 44R. I'm 6 ft. 215 lbs and normally wear 46R or a tailored 48R. Ah well, will have to make do w/ another Banana Republic deal.

Just read an article how the wool suit industry is imploding. With covid, folks have no office to go into. People paid deposits for bespoke suits and didn't even bother picking them up when completed. Wool producers are sitting on excess loads of unwanted wool, hoping prices will increase eventually and they don't have to offload at current prices. Wool mills are looking at other uses for their products, besides suits.

Brands like Hugo Boss and others are heavily discounting their suits.

I believe that. I think these suits were last stocked in 2017 at $250, and when I asked a cs rep about if/when they might come back, they'd guessed never, at that price. Yet here we are.
