Last year we did one that came on day one with charms, with a necklace on day one and a bracelet on day 15 to put them on. That one was a wild hit.
We also did Barbie a few years back. It was highly forgettable, but has great ratings.
The Funko people have multiple versions. I'm considering getting my college age daughter the Harry Potter one just to let her feel a bit like a kid.

We usually just buy the cheap $2 chocolate advent calendars for the twins and they already have three big bins of Lego and several unbuilt sets in reserve, but I am so close to getting a set for each of them this year.
