VIZIO V605-H 60in 4K UHD LED TV YMMV HDMI 2.1 Walmart Inventory Checker – BrickSeek

I have been watching this tv for awhile because it is the only 60" 4k tv with hdmi 2.1 for next gen. consoles. It went oos to instore only and I found it to be on clearance. My local store has it for $365 and in others per the interwebs were as low as $312 with extreme YMMV. It has come back in stock for shipping at $398 which is what I did to avoid having to go into a Walmart. It was sitting in my cart @ $478.00.

Also the product info portion here is showing is as V605-G3 but it is the newer V605-H

Update: after seeing it going for as little as $312 I cancelled my online order... the slickdealer in me wouldn't let me do it. Pulled the trigger in store for $365, lowest anywhere near me. After some working the customer rep on the phone that wouldn't price match my local store and held firm at $398 to ship it sent me a $25 off my next order of $45 or more coupon so I call that a final price of $340 plus tax for myself. Again, ymmv. Smilie

Not 120hz = not good for next gen consoles
In the description it says it 120hz refresh rate. Is that not true?

This might have 2.1(not sure it does), but it's a pretty mediocre(at best) TV so I'm not sure how much that matters. If it was me, I'd get the $150 TCL 55" coming up soon. Or if you want bigger, the 65" onn. My friend has had nothing but issues with his V series Vizio. And at its best, the picture quality is just fine.

But if you want a big screen "name brand" (atleast more so than onn) then it's not too bad.

Dynamic motion rate 120 is 60hz refresh rate.

regardless, any console has a hard time running 4k@60hz let alone trying to do 120 unless you're playing tetris

100% not true at all. Next gen will have a hard time doing native 4k at 60hz. Expect a lot of games to do 30fps at 4k.
120hz refresh rate at 1080p > 30hz at 4K imo for gaming

Specs on site say 3 HDMI 2.1 inputs...

Looks like Vizio lowered the retail price to 399. No, of course this isn't a gang buster type tv, but it has a lot of things that will work the new consoles and at this size for this price it is a decent way to go if you want next gen and don't want to break the bank. Or you need this size (like me) and don't want to go smaller. My space won't hold a 65". My current tv is 61" and only 1080 so I'm looking forward to getting this.

The current Xbox One X already does 30FPS at 4k. Next gen console will definitely be beyond that.
