Screen protector and case cover

The screen protector and case cover that come with the HPG are terrible. They offer zero protection for the device. For better protection, try -

Case cover: TUDIA Merge Designed for Visible Hot Pepper Ghost Case, Dual Layer Phone Cover Case for Hot Pepper Ghost [amazon.com]
Screen protector: Any tempered glass screen protector [amazon.com] for iPhone 11 Pro Max / XS Max

Tethering is limited to 1 device at a time. You can work around this various ways, but just fyi for users who want to use this as-is.
Some iPhones n my Galaxy note 10 plus can have multiple devices for tethering. How do I know? I've been using it for almost a year. I could add more than 4 devices but the speed is not great after that.

Hotspot with an Android phone is limited to 1. Tethering is limited to 1 due to only one usb connection but you can certainly use ICS in Windows to share the connection to a router. There is a difference between hotspot and tether for those that interchange the term. I have done it with 2 accounts for months no issues. iPhones allegedly can hotspot multiple devices. Yes putting the sim into dedicated hotspots can and do work but you risk getting service canceling and banning. With that said, I don't recommend people to do this thinking they can replace home internet. It really isn't a good fit for most people.
You can tether to more that one device on a note 10 plus. You don't have to do anything special, but turn on mobile Hotspot and you're good to go. I've been using this for almost a year.

I just created an account to check if I can send an old galaxy s3 to them, apparently I can. But they require an active line of service on the phone and I don't have service on that phone also unwilling to switch my current phone and service.

I canceled by just using their chat on web option, I just asked to cancel the account and they asked for the email address.
you are really confusing. This is a very simple trade-in. Get a google voice number for $3. They ship you the new phone. you send them your old phone. Thats all.

Yes. Coverage is good, speed not the greatest, especially if you watch videos off wifi.
My speed is as good as my tmobile 5G. 50-100mbps.

Visible appears to have also changed how these swaps occur. They used to send the prepaid label with the "new" phone that was used to return your swap. Now it says they email you the prepaid label and upon "trade-in approval" they send out your new phone. So, that is not as clean and easy as it used to be. Couple that with the now required port-in along with the phone offerings appear to be getting worse and I think that these Visible deals have become too much work. With that being said, I'm not really a great customer as I've taken advantage of the swap promos to obtain phones and not stay with their phone service. Applause
Doesn't say that on the website. Still the same sending the label in the box with the new phone. Not sure where you are seeing what you say

If you are connecting via wifi that isn't typically considered a tether by most, that is a hotspot. Tethering is typically referenced when connecting via the USB cable/port on the phone. Even my android phone distinguishes the two from one another.

But, people are saying you can't have more than one device for your mobile hotspot. Yes, you can have more than one if you have a note 10 plus or s10.
Tethering is hotspot.
Why use USB when you can just hotpot to multiple devices?

Not all devices have wifi for one. Two, you can get around the 1 device limitation they apply to MOST Android devices they support using a tether in that way in conjunction with ICS back to a router of your choosing. I know it isn't an appealing setup but has less issues than using a dedicated hotspot device in regards to people getting accounts canceled. Not to mention a good dedicated router would handle the traffic better from several devices and let them communicate between one another.

Actually it is the other way around if you are trying to be technical about it. However, my prior comment remains. Majority of people refer to tethering as with a cable while hotspotting just hotspotting. I know the definition of tethering. I know it includes hotspotting. But it causes confusion when stating that when even in phones they will distinguish a difference in the settings many of times. The A3 Prime for example has an additional toggle specifically for "tether" which is connecting through the usb connection.

Can't complain for $13. That said, PC Mag does give rate this a "poor" phone (rating of 1.4 out of 5):
