Thanks for the link.

But wow.... triggering it off of the push notifications on your phone. Glad it works, but I think I'll hold out for something a little more stable.

You can set it up on a ipad/android tablet too which should make it very stable. Eufy may never release the feature

Pro2 has 1 year battery rating, 2k resolution, and built-in antitheft alarm in the camera vs 6 months battery rating, 1080p, and no built-in antitheft alarm on the 2C. Some 2C users have also mentioned that its wireless range is shorter.
180 not 365 days bettery on the pro 2.

These. Hands down. I test home security and surveillance products as part of my job. I have a Eufy setup, Arlo, Nest, Ring, etc. Eufy's app experience, speed, image quality, notifications and price etc are just simply better all around. Out of all the main DIY players in this space at this price point, I'd go with Eufy.
Hi, new owner and appreciate your advice.. the clips don't seem to record as long as I would like.. any way to get longer clips, I did pick the option to not optimize battery over surveillance but still shorter than I'd like.. also any suggestions for all the extra home bases I now have.. thanks in advance

Please use correct phrasing. You test for a hobby. Because nobody would recommend wireless for any sort of home surveillance if it was a job. Nice try on the wording.

Also the ring wireless cameras look and work better than these. The pro version however looks better than the rest but itself has issues.

Also eufy is lacking with smart home stuff. It's all very basic or coming soon forever.

They do. It's fairly pricy though. Also they don't offer any professional monitoring with it and no battery backup or cell backup.

For the price the home alarm from ring is the best bang for your buck. $100 a year for professional monitoring. That also includes cloud recording on all other cams.

I went down the path of eufy and after giving them plenty of time there smart hone integration is terrible and no pro monitoring left me replacing my eufy with ring stuff.

I do still have an eufy doorbell but that will be replaced in due time.
