Wow I saw this post and it jogged my memory! Back in August I bought my son a MacBook and it came with a set of Pros. He all ready had a set and I am an Android guy. I wanted to sell them and between getting him to school and worrying about if the college was even going to open it slipped my mind. Like I said I am an Android user and though (I think) they will work with my phone I do not want them. I have no idea what a fair price for an unopened set of Pros would even be. Any suggestions?

I agree. I returned my Pros to Costco. But I already have some over the ear headphones for noise cancelling.

resell value of airpods regular or pro is NOT good, because there are a lot of fakes being sold. It does works very well with android, and maybe as gift to other family members or close friends. They will love u...

The pro works very well in zoom and other voice/video conferencing. My voice sounds loud, clear and "like me" in real life, even with lawn mover nearby. Best noise cancelling tech I've encountered.

I use headphones primarily while using our tractors and lawn mowers. Is the ANC of pros good enough to drown out engine noises like those or is it worth getting the much cheaper regulars because it won't cover engine noises like that?

The PRO version will drown out lawn movers about 80%, good enough for informal conversation, but maybe not for important critical meetings. As headphones for music listening, it's great.

I used them with my mower. They help but aren't as good as my Sony's that are over the ear. They also work loose in my ears and allow sound in. They are probably the best option for in ear noise cancelling but I'd recommend over ear for the best safety.

Same here. Since WFH and no more air travel, I used my Sony XM2 only with yard work. I got a pretty old Craftsman tractor (2004 model as my friend gave me for free) and it is super noisy!!! But the XM2 can cancel most of the noise from the engine, and when I turn the music on I basically riding in my lawn like driving a Ferrari convertible!!!!!

Maybe you need traditional headphones. Because you are dealing with sounds that are naturally noisy such as tractors and lawn mowers.

Tried using the pro model and they keep falling out of my ears

gave them to my gf and returned to these. These stay in my ears really well even when working out and sweating a lot. 👍🏻

This is also my use pattern. I also just prefer the sound of the original AirPods. The noise cancelling on the Pros worked very well on the plane though
