Protein can be broken down and measured as a calorie. 4 calories per gram of protein.

If it didn't have 110 calories from 26g of protein, I would be concerned.
I used zero carb protein when I could afford it and had much better results. Many other isolates have about 90 calories too.

I don't trust this website's supply. I worked at a 3rd party testing lab and purchased 2 of their botanical extracts for internal use. The quality of both was absolute garbage. The compounds were present but basically at trace levels and not what they claimed to be (extracts).

Whey protein may be fine since it's not common to find adulterated protein here, but I advise to avoid the herbal extracts.

This is isolate so you are already getting a very "lean" protein. If you were getting 90 calories then you were getting less protein per serving. As someone said already 1g of protein contains 4 calories. Zero carb vs 1 or 2 g carbs is the same for any practical purpose.

Perfect, I was running out of unflavored. I like to mix half with better flavored protein to make last longer and bring down the sweetness.
I am in exactly same boat... I used unflavored to mix with flavored one to bring down sweetness and I was running out of unflavored. Perfect timing!

Just tried your code...didn't work for this product... maybe for regular Whey not Isolates.

If this is truly unflavored, this is a good deep fry breading alternative for keto diet. May have to pick it up.

Zero calorie protein would be like saying "vegan bacon". You can one something that is zero calorie, you can have something that has protein. You can't have both at the same time.

My mistake about mixing up carbs and calories but you can have zero carb protein. Google it.

What are the benefits of whey protein over some of the other forms?
Whey protein is a complete protein. Whey isolate has little to no lactate.

In my experience it doesn't mix quite as easily. It will clump a little more than myprotein, but the clumps break down and disappear if you wait a few minutes. I'm not sure I could tell a difference in a blind taste test mixed with milk.
I'm not sure if Bulk Supplements does 5kg bags. Last time I ordered from myprotein, I got a 5kg bag. When I ordered similar from Bulk Supplements, I got 5 1kg bags, which is a little nicer.

Thank you, needed this macro profile. Great stuff for making your own frostys (ice, few scoops, blend)
