It comes with 90 day Woot warranty, so probably its not manufacturer refurb. But could still be worth checking square trade.

1k for a 65" OLED with any sort of warranty? I'm not sure where else you're getting this good of picture quality at this size for this price.

Why wouldn't you spend a few hundred more dollars for a new one? I bought my C8 for $1400 new, this doesn't seem like a good value for a used 3 year old tv.
