I have Mint on my "data" phone that I change over every 3 months and get a new phone number ,
But I will finally change over my "forever" Tmobile number to Mint , which I was going to do on Black Friday anyway ,
OHHH and how do I do a screen print of the deal in case they "forget" the extra 3 months ,
I am on Windows PC
or are you imprisoned?
You try and try and they still always win

So, in order to "keep" my "B" number but still be able to take advantage of the Mint mobile promotions for "new accounts", I would need to port out my "B" (Mint) number to GV (at the end of my current term). There will be a one-time $20 fee charged by the mobile provider. And, at the same time, I will port my GV "A" number for a $3 fee to Mint mobile as a "new" number, and from that point on that number will be disposable. After each Mint term is up, I would just get a new "A" number while the "B" number (which is my "permanent" number) will live on at GV as the actual GV number.
If I would not be so dependent on my current "B" number at Mint, I could just let it expire (and save $23) and get a different Mint number activated with each promotion and link it to the GV "A" number? .

don't knock yourself out. Just pay $15 a month. It's a fair price and they deserve it.

Edit: In case you need a real phone number for 2FA, GV cannot be used. I guess it can be a significant disadvantage for some people. However, for me, it is not a big deal.
