I have been using 15 inch FHd IPS on thinkpad from 4 years and using 24 inch FHD IPS as second display and man, I can tell the difference. I would avoid going below 1440p or 4k at 27 or 32 inch. High frame would be nice to have but I am not a gamer and I cannot get 4k with high refresh rate under couple of hundred dollars so I would sacrifice refresh rate over resolution at this size if i have limited funds

32" monitor specs:

1920x1080 Resolution
60 Hz Refresh Rate
4ms Response Time
3000:1 Contrast Ratio

Walmart had a black version with same specs on the front page of slickdeals twice (9 and 10 months ago) for $150.

Do not buy a 32" 1080p monitor! Wouldn't recommend 27" at 1080p either.

I definitely second @holly_molly on the suggestion to go up to 1440p once you get to 27" or larger. We have several 27" 1080p monitors here in our office, and at least to me, 1080p on a 27" screen (at 100% scaling in Windows 10) makes things look too big.

I recently got a 27" 1440p monitor at home, and interestingly, 27" seems on the small end for 1440p. I think 31.5" and larger are the sweet spot for 1440p.

All this said, if you know you want 1080p at 27" or 32", then this is a great price.

It comes down to what you use it for and how close you sit.

Good deal for a basic monitor, especially the size. I've been checking Costco constantly for new Samsung monitor inventory + a sale, and was happy that the day has finally come. I was debating between this 32" FHD, the 32" 4K UHD Curved, or the 34" Ultrawide. I have asked a few tech savvy friends and they suggested the 32" 4K UHD Curved (Model LU32R591CWNXZA).

The 27" is back in stock, just in case anyone missed it. I just ordered one.
