This 'Special Buy' offer is only valid for a limited time, while supplies last.
These are available in the stores, there part of the promo deals they put in the cardboard displays down the middle of the isle in the front of the store. You won't be able to check for square though, they are blister packed and aside the use of a carpenters knife you will not be able to open them to check. Rest assured though, they are square, I bought this in the store in Northbrook (Chicago land) last week and there both square. The fit and finish of these far exceed Swanson squares, which I have a dozen or so of. And the visibility for older carpenters like myself, the white on red, is nice. The final sales point, MADE IN THE USA.
Like was mentioned here the bigger of the 2 squares is normally $15, the smaller square is $10. Your saving $10 for buying the promo. Are they worth $25, not in my opinion, for $15 yes, if you use them on the job like I do.

Rafter square? This looks like it might poke a hole in the raft.
It's great for woodworking. I don't regret buying the 4 inch speed square at all. I've used machinist squares and combination squares but found this to be ideal in many scenerios. Biggest one being that it can rest on the surface. Machinist squares will flip up and combination square is hit or miss. Pretty god dam annoying when trying to layout tenons.
Looks like free shipping, just ordered a set. These are for construction vs fine woodworking but you can always return if they're not truly square, depending on your tolerance.
Picked a 7" rafter square from HR for $2.99 last Saturday. It was a replica of swanson, which I think is worth every penny. No idea of the 4-1/2" trim square. Don't know if this is handier than the 7" big brother.
