These are nice clamps at this price. I prefer the Jorgensen from Lowe's because the grips are much nicer IMO but would recommend both if you dont care about the grip
Guys (and Gals), try racket overgrip, get a 5 pack for less than $10 and still have plenty left over to give other tools better grip. I use a little CA glue at the top so it stays.

Was about to comment the same thing. I hate how small the grip is and it's harder to turn to tighten it without the rubber handle like the Jorgensen

Thirded. I've got some of these Besseys and some Jorgensens and much prefer the Jorgensens. But if you need clamps, they'll do the job.

Thanks OP. Been trying to stock up with the decent Harbor Freight clamps but my store has limited stock lately, so this makes a great substitute

I've fallen in love with Jorgensen clamps. They are just really well made. I have about every size I could get my hands on and prefer them over my Irwin's of the same sizes

What's an easy first project to do with these for a new homeowner?

Do these pull apart so you can put them in dog holes on something like that dewalt portable table?

Usually it's the other way around where you have a project so you buy the tool...

But these are often used for holding wood boards together while glue is drying. You could make a birdhouse or bookshelf
