I'd prefer this over the comparable Lowes deal, but no impact wrenches locally, and no shipping. Oh, well...Lowes it is, then.

The 6/4 batteries from HD use newer tech with 21700 batteries not 18650s considered to the deal from Lowe's, if that makes you want to stay.

Is the "hack" part of this still working in store? Or did they plug that loophole in terms of the return-ability / return value of just the battery even in store?

I got this for the batteries and 6amp charger. Description clearly states DCB1106 charger, but it came with DCB115. Come on HD..

It came in plastic clam shell...it's the DCB 115. FAQ on HD site states so, wish I saw it earlier.

Description showed DCB1106, picture showed DCB115. I figured it wasn't a sure thing either way, but was hoping for the better charger obviously. Disappointing.

Haven't received the charger, but already started using the tool that was delivered. If I receive the dcb115 charger, I wonder if HD will do an exchange in-store or by phone for the newer kit? The dcb1106 kit must be available since it was described in such detail. I saved screen shots.
