The crate is being poopooed on, but is seriously the most used Packout box I use, and I have abut 25 boxes and am a full time renovator.

It's so great to throw the loose odds and ends in one and still stack into the stack.
Boxes still clock in on top and bottom of the crate. Only the half-width ones don't click into the top of it.
I bought the Ridgids last year and am very pleased with their quality and function for the price. But I got the Milwaukees this year and they are significantly better quality with many more features and options.

The Packouts are also larger, which is good and bad. You can fit more stuff, but they can get awfully heavy for loading in the truck or carrying around.

But for just $100, that Ridgid stack is a great deal and plenty good for all but the roughest of users. If you want the best, go Packout.
Pretty decent deal. All 3 items are discounted individually, so you can return the ones you don't want, and keep the low price on the others.

Pretty disappointed they cheaped out on the third box and added a crate. Both the Rigid at $99 and the new Dewalt 2.0 at $150 seem better value.

Although if you already have pack out, I guess you could return the crate...

Great info about the crate. I hadn't realized that it could be used in the middle of the stack and will have to consider getting a couple.

Note that you can add 2 of any of these at the discounted price as long as you have at least one of each in your cart. Edit: now there's some weird math going on when you change quantities

Breaks down to $28.74 per crate, $57.50 for each 22" box, and $92.76 for each rolling box.

Total agree with jotann here. It might have a lower price than some of the closed boxes, but it is by far the most used packout piece I use. Buy it and you will agree too. Throw stuff in and go.

I bought mine this morning and it worked fine. I just tested it again and it automatically drops the price when all 3 are added, see the attached screenshot.

International tool has the standard 3 box system for the typical BF price of $199 if you don't want the tote.

I placed an order for the combo but added an additional crate and small box. The combo price disappeared. It looks like the dollar discount remained unchanged so the discount per item was less. On chat now with HD to get it cancelled.

Yikes, I just tried it again and there's some weird math going on when changing quantities. Maybe someone can figure out how to turn that to their advantage but even after going back to one of each, my new total is off.

anyone have a comparison of these vs the similar Ridgid boxes that'll be $80 less for a set?
