UNLOCKING Verizon Phones: Even if you pay off the device before 60 days, the device must be activated on your Verizon postpaid line and kept open for 60 days before the device will (automatically) become unlocked for use on services other than Verizon postpaid. It will be locked to Verizon postpaid for the entire first 60 days after activation. (unlock policy). After that, you are free to use it on any other service the device is compatible with.

Hello. I am in charge of Touch HW.
We apologize for any inconvenience related to the touch phenomenon of the Galaxy S20 FE product.
S20 FE's touch function-related malfunctions were improved, and the improved SW was issued on October 21st, butit was understood as a request for additional improvement.
We are preparing to update additionally improved SW as soon as possible.
Please always update the S/W to the latest version and use it, andfor any insufficiency related to the game that you think needs improvement , please register an error as follows.
After registering an error, please comment with a simple comment on the registered content.

Just FYI I have this phone right now as the Verizon variant. The touch screen issue is true, CoD mobile is unplayable at times since you have you to multi touch. The update that was recently done by verizon for the their 5G network did not improve anything. 5G logo shows but not actual speeds. There was only a single node I was able to find in DTLA that gave me a 1200mbps speed test @ 3am. Every other speed test was giving me 4G/LTE speeds all over DTLA.

In the past, Verizon has always been the worst to push updates to Android phones, I experience this with the HTC 10. I then had the razer unlocked and was able to receive updates as they were coming. Samsung has supposedly pushed an update for the touch but Verizon is yet to do it. It has fixed some phones and other had no issue since day 1. Hopefully, by end of November the update by Verizon is pushed and this phone is where it should be.

I have the S20 FE, I would suggest making sure the touch screen issue is addressed. There's a fix that hasn't rolled out to the U.S. yet, but some users in other countries are reporting the patch is not fixing their issue. My phone has the issue and many others have it too. Here's the reddit thread about the issue.
