This close to BF I would wait. I seem to remember buying Samsung or maybe Sandisk 128gb cards last year for $13-15. Costco occasionally has a 2 pack for $30ish. I used a Samsung Evo in our switch and it works fine.

I got a 256GB Sandisk for $25 last year. I'd definitely wait for BF.

The Nintendo cards are generally over priced, the extra cost is for the brand.

Wirecutter recommends it despite the branding difference.

The difference is the write speed. You wouldn't see a different in switch, but in some action cameras, extreme would work, but switch wouldn't make it. Extreme is the top of it's class for Sandisk, and switch is a bit above average. IMHO

Prime days had this card bundled with the family membership for switchonline for 40 dollars so it netted about 5 bucks for this card
