This is a really sturdy chair (Carder Mesh Back Fabric Chair)! I bought it back in 2013 and had to replace the piston/ cylinder once through warranty. It was super easy to get. They ask you how many hours a day you use the chair, I told them its light use a couple hours a day, and cylinder arrived two days later. Really easy to deal with. I just ordered this chair for a family member who started a new job working from home.

Oops! I bought the Carder Mesh Back Fabric Chair.
I'll also add that the mesh on the back of the chair is nice and firm. I was a bit concerned it would give way and stretch as it aged but its held up well.

I demo'ed a bunch of chairs this summer while WFH and have landed on Hyken. It was best fit in terms of comfort, mesh and affordability. It's a bit narrow, and the headrest really is a neck support, but the lumbar is comfortable and overall I like it. 5'10" 170 lbs. I wanted to try the Dexley, but it's $250 and hasn't gone on sale in over 6 weeks.

I bought Hyken chair and really like it. I am not sure how good this chair is. I bought the hyken when it was posted on here. I think I paid around $160 including some $10 worth of other stuff.
