My first rep told me the deal said maximum $120 off. I stated there was no combination that would produce this and canceled my order. I then put both items in my cart and contacted CS again and told them to view the issue in my cart. They couldn't even find the promo on their end so I had to send screenshots. Then they asked me to checkout and they finally decided on $27.01 certificate because I saved $2.99 on shipping. I asked if they have heard of amazon prime and eventually they gave me $30.
The deal should read $90 off sale price or $120 off retail price based on what is being deducted. But, it doesn't say this and is very misleading.
Nice!!!!

Can I use Samsung credit to buy these products? I have credit from Samsung for the pre order Samsung s20 FE deal.
No, your credit is for https://samsung.com. This deal is only available at Amazon.

"Special offer $120 off" only appears on mobile browser or Amazon app (does not appear on desktop browsers Edge, FF, or Chrome).

Added GWA2 44mm 199.99 and Buds Live 139.99 to cart, proceeded through to final page of check-out and only $90 discount applied.

Requested a call via mobile app chat. Agent could not see the "Special offer $120 off" (I suspect because using desktop browser), so requested that I send a screenshot to an Amazon CS email she provided. I sent screenshots of 1) the $120 off offer, 2) my checkout page with only -$90, 3) the More Details info of the $120 offer. Agent stated it was "up to $120" and I was receiving $90. I told agent that no combination earned the $120. She offered me $10 credit. I refused and asked for supervisor approval. After a brief hold, she offered me $30 instant credit on my next purchase, which did appear in my check out as a separate line item -$30 and -$90.

Final invoice shows: 199.99+139.99-30-90=$219.98 before tax.

Strange pairing since the live buds aren't really made for workouts
what buds do you recommend for workouts?

I also managed to get them to apply another $30 credit to my account after chatting. So I only got $90 off on this order but it'll be made up on future orders.

I could only see it in the mobile app. If you scroll down a bit on either of the product pages, there's a Special Offers drop down.

I've had an Active 2 watch for several months and was happy with it until the last few updates. Samsung is making it slower and slower and slower. Actions that used to be immediate now have a pause of a couple to several seconds. All the apps and everything still work and battery lasts the same amount but all actions are slower. And yes, if you're going to ask have I reset the watch, started fresh... I tried everything short of sending it to Samsung for them to look at.

great deal really. I have both, paid much more. Great ear buds and now that the watch has ecg and blood pressure monitoring its fully capable and a nice product..... except for golf apps, it has it all.
Blood pressure monitoring?

Here is a quick screen grab of promo terms taken from desktop site on amazon.

It says maximum benefit is $120, but doesn't mention a lower benefit amount or what the benefit amount criteria is.
