I just chatted with customer service and was able to get the $30 credit. The CSR wasn't going to give me the $30 but just be nice to them and ask if they can give you a credit as a courtesy because the offer was a bit confusing. CSR gave me the option to credit back to my credit card or as Amazon gift card balance.

I noticed the Samsung Galaxy Watch is back on sale for $169.99. Is the Galaxy Watch and Active 2 Watch equivalent?

I got the 40mm watch and it seems smaller for my wrist. Would like to exchange with the 44mm. I looked in amazon website and there is no option to exchange other than returning this and getting the other one. Wondering if I will get the full refund of 179.99 for the watch? If not, whats the option to exchange it and keep the promo pricing?
