Literally just about anywhere. https://www.adorama.com/takp3h58.html You can easily recognize a cheapo, flimsy tripod by the cheesy center brace, fliplocks and plastic pan-head. These things are literally plastic parodies of video tripods of yesteryear. There are plenty of good all-metal ball heads with real quick release plates for not much more than this rubbish and I've found real tripod legs with twist locks for under $15, even shipping Amazon Prime. It was a rare deal but Tripods frequently are clearanced. Decent all metal units for $30-40 are easy to find any day of the week. Or for people who can't wait, there are some decent little tabletop tripods, some of which are all metal and more than satisfactory for a GoPro or iPhone. Just avoid anything with a center brace and all plastic hardware.

Picked mine up a minute ago and yes it does come with a small holder that accepts my Note10+ with a case. And I also got an email saying "Choose your gift. Your Best Buy® purchase qualifies you for $25 to use on Shutterfly products or a free 8x8 Photo Book (excluding shipping, handling fees and taxes"

So, I picked mine up a little while ago and I got home and tested it briefly.

Yes, it does come with the phone holder, as others have noted above.

It's certainly not heavy duty or very sturdy, but it'll do the job, for my purposes at least.

if you have the right mount

to check if your binos accept a mount check the bottom of the adjuster and see if a cap comes off and has threads
