Yes, they are, but they ship from the UK and use DHL as the US courier. I've seen a number of people who bought Lego report crushed parcels or that the sets weren't packaged well and damaged in transit.

Horrible company, Received several damaged packages but the problem is their return fees and poor customer service. You pay return and restock fees for poor shipping practices on their end. The contact customer portal through messaging is exhausting, You have to explain the entire issue every time a new employee responds. They act like they know nothing about an issue that is a month in que. I was promised a refund finally after two months and as of today I have yet to receive it.

I know lego stores are not close to everyone and not everyone is interested going there during pandemic. Yesterday we went to our local store in Mission Viejo. My daughter purchased something for approximately $60 and they gave 2 free gifts of lego sets for approx $20 and if use use their free VIP card, you earn points and get additional benefits. On top of it daughter was to happy to be there vs. ordering online.
