I bought and installed this disposal in November.
Overall installation was easy UNLESS you have a hardwired installation, installation was then more tricky. Recommend you drill out most of the strain relief rubber gasket holding the attached cord then pry out the rest.
Unfortunately we have found the disposal to be noisier than we expected.

Got rid of the crappy rusting Insinkerator, never again.
As I have straight connection I used the $10 lowes kit to fit it.

Used the rubber gasket to seal to the sink. No leaks so far.
Used to CLICK loud on startup, but not anymore. The weights jam until they bed in. This could cause a noisy unit I think.
Significantly quite and smooth compared to the ISE I replaced.
Also Lowes quoted $199 to install and $30 to haul away old unit (hence me having to install it)
