And Hyken/Dexley are just entry-level into a world of comfortable premium chairs.
Personally I would say ditch the bright, gimmicky colors of these "gamer" chairs and get yourself a decent office-oriented chair. Hyken/Dexley are great options for lower-budget offerings.
People say that height makes a big difference between the Hyken/Dexley, but it's also width IMO. The Dexley has a much wider seat surface area. If you have a larger backside and tree trunks, you may benefit from Dexley.
Since seating varies hugely based on person-to-person anecdotes, I would recommend you actually go sit in them first.
For personal use I have a Herman Miller Aeron, a Hyken, and a few other budgets chairs at home that I alternate while WFH. A chair is a fantastic investment and you really should find what works best for you (even more so than a desk or sit/stand table IMO). Go sit in it....and I mean like for more than 5 minutes. Actually sit for a long period of time to see how your butt and lower back reacts to the chair.
Set aside another $20 or so in your budget for some roller blade chair wheels. Best upgrade you can do.

Also good to know they are still holding up.
Mine is on the way.
I own several mesh back chair but for those mesh always break. (even for amazonbasic brand)
I won't spent 800+ for a high end chair, guess will give this kind of gaming chair a try.
Saw this brand pop up several times.
I used the ones I took off mine to replace the ones on another chair. Bonus!
Now just watch your feetsies. Rollerblade wheels can eat bare toes!

Agree 100% with office chairs, you USUALLY get what you pay for. I was going to buy a "gaming" chair for my son until I started reading reviews on them.
My takeaway after wayyy too much research: waste of money, bascically called "gaming" because of looks, and nothing else. IF they have speakers or BT, they are usually horrible quality.
So bottom line: it's marketing - there's nothing special about these chairs for gaming, except they are apparently less comfortable than similarly priced (albeit boring, with exceptions) office chairs. I think what attracts most 10-14 year old gamers to these chairs is the "look", and nothing else.
Having said all that, I am still strongly considering getting this for my son as a Christmas present, just because it will probably last a few years, and for $120, that's not horrible. By the time it gets worn out, he will hopefully appreciate substance and comfort over looks.

When it comes to chairs you really need to try them out and see if they're a good fit for you or not.

Just get an ergonomic desk chair that isn't a flashy gimmick. Steelcase is probably the best entry level, but IMO just get or save up for a Herman Miller and you won't have to worry about another desk chair for decades. Even a used Aeron can be found for under 400$.
