** TOOK ME ABOUT AN HOUR TO TRY AND PLACE THE ORDER (ENTIRE PROCESS). I kept refreshing and it said 'CHECKOUT' a few times, but once it was in cart, I was able to get the 'PLACE ORDER' tab and it took a while before it actually went through. So keep at it! **

It is luck of the draw which rep gets your call. Just call back right away if you get a block of wood CS rep. And choose option 2 at the dial in.

I paid for my XSX with a mix of Microsoft Bing Rewards and Gift cards. So if my Microsoft credit expires before the console has shipped, will the expired credit be applied when console does ship? Since the expiring credit was used up at the same time I bought it on launch day.

Yah the timing is a bit sketchy. You might try and catch one at Walmart, they have been stockpiling for a Black Friday event (Nov 25th). It will be online order only with local pickup.

Was able to get the $50. Took a couple calls, but was pretty painless - they seemed to know about it.

Edit: Oh and they're still saying 12/23 delivery

I called twice to get the credit for my account and my wifes. We both got our orders in early on 11/10 and received e-mails with 11/12 ship dates.

Both reps I spoke with told me 12/23 delivery. The first rep I spoke with seemed really sharp and had great English, He told me that it will arrive on 12/22 or 12/23 and that checking my account between now and then is a waste of my time as it will not ship any sooner. He also told me that our orders will definitely not be canceled unless we choose to do so.

Has anyone had any luck getting the $50 credit where the rep didn't want to wait on the phone for the email to come through? I got the email on Saturday night ... replied instantly and have yet to hear anything. I also tried to call in on Monday and the rep I spoke with kind of blew me off. Thinking about calling again.

Its been now almost 36 hours since I called customer service and received email and sent screenshot. But still have now $50 credit in my account. How long should this process take? Should I call them back and follow up?

I got impatient after 24 hours of emailing the screen shot and called them back. I just told them the last rep told me I should have the credit within 24 hours and
I didn't get it yet. I gave them my case number from the email and they looked it up and saw the screenshot I sent. I got the credit while on the phone. You just have to lucky on who picks up the phone.
