And if the phone is unlocked then u can convert it to the oneplus version and for a few bucks u can buy a dual sim tray
Most people don't know how to do this, though. XDA has enough instances of issues with converting to the international ROM and the dual SIM actually working. Not something that I'd even be willing to do anymore since it's just not worth the hassle.

ive been using this 8gb ram 5T from several years back. no issues complaints what so ever.
i think this screen is quite nice. idk if its 350$ nice though
I am still rocking my 8gb ram OP5. No issues, battery or otherwise. Even at $350 is like..."meeeeehh, but why?" In 5 months the 8T will be this price. It's crazy how quickly they pump these out. I feel like we sort of cell phone peaked.

Might be decent price, but I'm not too thrilled with mine. Had it for about 5 months, and it can get quirky. Screen freezes one in awhile, moreso than past phones. Happens in Chrome, and seems to do it more when typing in forums. Also has happened in different apps. Restart to fix.

Typing on this is odd too. I know I'm getting older, but I sure seem to get more typos from when letter of key next to the one thought I did hit comes up. It's like the screen isn't too accurate when typing fast.
I was really ticked when Directv app only played audio, no video, latest update fixed that. But visiting One Plus forum, these were common issues and complains as well as others.
Previous phones were Samsung note. Screen burn on that was my biggest issue, but these little issue with the one plus are annoying.
I'm thinking about going back to Samsung, or maybe try pixel, or god forbid, take a dive into apple.

I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to phones, but this one looks like a contender to replace my wife's battered (cracked screen thanks to our toddler and a loose charging jack) Huwaei Mate SE. Would this be a decent change from that phone?

always found oneplus "never settle" tagline interesting because it's what you're doing when you buy a oneplus phone is settling for garbage. i was on the train with the oneplus one, but quickly realized i should never settle with a phone that is not put out by the os creator. like latest android os? buy an official google device.
Want crappy hardware? Buy an official google device. For heaven's sake Google said it's normal for the phone to split

So, I also got my phone 5 months ago... biggest issue that I have is Hearthstone only works on wifi... this is an issue with some phones (like Samsung) and not only oneplus (6, 6t, 7, 7t... etc..)

I also find the fingerprint reader does not work that great. But I have no other issues. No resets, no problems with chrome, no issues with keyboard. I am very happy with my phone and would not hesitate to get it for $350... like what else is here in the $300 - $400 range?

The only issue that I would mention is that this phone is not 5G. My wife just got the new Samsung SE FE 5G (major keyboard - screen issue) and there is no 5G in our area and I get faster speed through the network then her phone (but they are pretty close).

This is a steal. Not a question of whether it's slick, it's a question of whether the features suit your taste.

I was a OnePlus user before I switched over to the Pixel. One overlooked aspect of OnePlus phones is that they are on the heavy side when it comes to smartphone weight. The new Pixel 4A 5G is the best consumer friendly phone on the market, IMO. The features you get are simply unmatched. And nothing can compare to Vanilla Android. I originally had the Pixel 3 and now I refuse to buy another smartphone that isn't a Pixel. I guess once you go Pixel, it's hard to back.
Second this. Owned the 7Pro but broke it; needed a phone quick and looked at the 4A.
Though admittedly had this alert shown up the same time I was looking I probably would have grabbed it.

That said, still in the return window (well, less restock fee) for the 4A and have decided to keep it! This is my first Pixel phone, and very happy.

Pixel are great.... So is OnePlus.

Issue with pixel is the cpu while fast enough is not flagship such as the 855, 855+ and 865. Also the one plus has more ram. If u r a power user.. play pug g or other games, the OnePlus comes on top.

Also the pixel has a better camera but the OnePlus has the better and larger screen.

Lastly the pixel 4a XL, is more comparable.

This or Pixel 4A? Criteria are Battery life, display, speaker, smoothness no lag with plenty apps open and chrome tabs, camera picture and video, OS updates?
I spent about 5-6 years on OnePlus, with the 1, 3, 5T and 6.

I'm on the 3a and 4a train now. Feels great to have just stock-ish android with reliable updates. 4a really kicks butt for general usage.

Have you compared the photos with the 7T gcam to the pixel?
I'm still rocking the pixel 2 and photo quality is the top of my list, but I've only seen gcam vs stock comparisons, but not many gcam port vs pixel comparisons.
I've not done a straight head-to-head, but if the camera is your top, then stick with a pixel. If you can sacrifice the camera a bit, I might recommend the 7T; and it's still respectable. We use my wife's pixel when we have planned a picture with the kids, but in the moment I'm fully confident of getting a decent photo with GCam on 7T. GCam only works on the main lens though. Night mode on GCam works fine, it's not pixel quality there but much better than OP's night mode

Great phone definitely worth the price. I have one solid camera, good screen, good battery. Really up there with top devices. If I needed a phone would definitely buy this.
