My local store had one in stock but it WAS NOT in the area with the power tools. There was a separate dewalt display in the middle of the store and it was near there. Might be worth checking for those stores with 1 in stock.

Just my luck.
The 1st time I see a deal before I get off work, and no local stores have this.
Store manager said he ordered a bunch last week in anticipation of the sale, and none came on the truck.

Slickdeals is a decent resource for info. Sadly, by the time I get online, everything is sold out.

Found in store in TX. Apparently very limited distribution. Great deal, even though everything in it is last year's model. Tough system I, DCS388, DCF887(the good one), and the batteries are dated 2019.

Picked one up in Allentown, NJ (Upper Freehold store). Called and the employee said there was 1 and held it at the Customer Service. There was another one being held for someone else. Those were the last 2..

A few other stores in the area had 1 showing as per the employee.. ZIP code is 08501

Awesome deal! Just went to two different Tractor Supply stores, lucky one of them had one left! The batteries alone are the price of this kit. The tools are both XR and brushless, not the older line of 20v max or atomic line. I have been hawking a good tool bargain and this one surly takes the cake. Thanks again, don't pass this up if you can get your hands on one.

Confirmed. Saw this first on a Dewalt fan FB group. Picked two up in Maryland today. The trick is to ask the store you call to see if other stores have any. Then call that store and ask them to set it aside until you can get there.
