Thanks for the post. I'm sure I could search the other threads (or check my account), but I assume you're ineligible if you'd added a free line in one of their more recent free line promotions (mid-July or mid-Sept)?

It shows on my account page, but the offer specifically says "your third line", when we already have three paid, and one free.

Sprint has like 5 to 7$ in fees on this free line. If you really need one, then get it. Otherwise you are paying 5 to 7$ for no reason.

It's for your 3rd line only. So if you have exactly 2 lines, you should be good to go. More or less than that isn't going to work.

I had five and added the free line on the initial promotion a few months ago. There are no "fees" to pay, just the taxes on the line.

I just added it with three paid lines and one free one already. Had to bring a device this time, the last time, the phone was free as well.

Does this new line show up as free for you already? And is it just your regular plan? Screenshots would help since I'm curious about this one, because I don't have a qualifying plan

Screenshot attached. This is the same thing it said the last time (September?) I added a free line. Didn't reflect the $0.00 monthly, but it came off after a couple of months - said this should be the same. Just make sure that the CSR has the discount noted on your account. This was the same Unlimited Everything plan that we had already, had to bring an old device that we'd previously upgraded. I didn't even look into a new device, since that button said a CSR rep would be required.

It has the free line on us, but it does show $30 monthly, which i asked them about in the chat. He checked into it and made sure it would apply. Still at his word at this point, but it worked the same last time...

Awesome, thank you. Yeah it looks just like the September one where if it says "free line on us" in blue in the order confirmation you should be set

I've never qualified for these free line offers even though I have 2 paid lines and I'm on one of the qualifying plans....
