Getting charged .80 cents for a bottle deposit fee and $1.18 for tax. Welcome to CA.
Exactly! Haha. At .5 cents a can, and buying 14 cases to unlock the $10 off $50 offer, my total came out to $27.39 before the $1 bag fee and my local tax
Target web page says they are 3.99 each and when I try to ched out they put a tax of 2.69 should be less than 60 cents and the bottle deposit should be 80 cents they put 1.60 rip off
good deal,
try to do this last year, it didn't work.
After a (certain) number of BOGO cses scanned, the priced went back to normal.
Even if the ad didn't state any limitation. Just beware of this if you plan to get $50 of bubbly.
Don't think this applies for order pickup or delivery. Maybe in store scanning. Easy argument with store manager to get the deal on multiple cases with no limitations. If the fine print doesn't mention limitations, they can't apply any.

I don't get target's math. 14 boxes in cart, $3.69 per box, estimated tax is over $9. Impossible, that's like tax for $100 worth of stuff here. They messed up my last two online orders due to OOS, and it took several calls to get all refunds. Not going to bother this time. Keep an eye on your gift card balance if they process partial order due to OOS
Just place the order. Target's math is wrong. They deduct only $20.83 for BOGO. It should be $25.83. Also, the tax is $9.04. I have to ask customer service to give me the refund tomorrow when I picked up my order.

Has anyone tried adding sweetener to this stuff? Looking for a substitute for typical sodas. I'd also like to experiment with different sweeteners and the amount.
I use three packs of sweet n lo per can. Works fine.

That's because they are deducting the 10 off 50 from the discount on the bubbly. The difference between 25.83 and 20.83 is about 20%.
