Nothing is wrong with MSG
It's mentioned on packaging and menus because people are misinformed and think that it causes headaches. This was due to a racially motivated article published in a health journal decades ago that outlined "Chinese restaurant syndrome".

No controlled test has ever shown msg causes headaches. It's an urban legend perpetuated by the power of suggestion.

You and your wife will be fine.

Noticed "no ADDED MSG" in title, wondering if that means MSG is naturally occurring in this stuff? Using the word "added" just sounds like a weasel word in this context.

Monosodium glutamate, also known as sodium glutamate, is the sodium salt of glutamic acid. MSG is found naturally in some foods including tomatoes and cheese. Wikipedia

This stuff lasts forever BTW. I am still eating stuff that expired in 2015 and it tastes perfectly fine. Good flavor as well.

Some people get headaches from it, I've been told - which is why it's so often mentioned on packaging and menus.
Wrong. It's mentioned on packaging because of regulations

Ew. Super negative post. Do research or be polite. The latter is preferable..

You might as well empty the grease trap at your local grill straight into your aorta. 18 grams of fat, 90 grams of carbs, 1500mg of sodium per serving as prepared.

Good luck folks!
Ya, they don't show you the nutrition information on the webpage.
