As an update to my previous comments; I have been daily driving this chair now for a couple weeks and I have warmed to it a bit. The lumbar support is still a little weird but the pinching issue has mostly gone away. I don't know if this was me breaking in the chair or the chair breaking me in. Either way, I'm more happy with the chair after using it for a while.
