I get that as SDers we're supposed to point out irregularities and I appreciate you doing that, but your comments are also saying this "definitely" isn't 48 servings. Then you say the description in the cart and checkout "clearly" say 12 Twin Packs, but then you ignore the fact that it also includes "Multipack."

I'm not being defensive, but rather trying to clear up what this deal actually is.

Dude, you can definitely score this deal by placing your order and contacting customer care after your 12 pack arrives and getting them to honor what the description on the page says, but what you're going to get is what the description in your cart and at checkout says. I know what the description says, I know what the picture shows - I also know it's hit or miss, that's why I posted reviews that show people getting 12 versus 24.

As a community we point out irregularities in "deals" that get posted - don't get defensive if your deal isn't 100% clean, it's nothing personal.

"Multipack" does not mean multiple packages of the item -

This deal is hit or miss. You might get what the page description is, you might get what the checkout description is. If you get what the checkout description says (and reviewers have claimed they got), you can probably work it out with Amazon for a refund. If you get what the description on the page says then rock and roll - but at the end of the day when there is lots of conflicting information it's suspect. Just the nature of the game.

Okay, different interpretations of "multipack" then.

The Amazon page description is definitely confusing, but at the end of the day I expect to get what it says in both the pictures, page description, and where you choose the size [24 (2.6 oz Twin-Pack Trays)]. If I don't, that is Amazon's error and not mine for interpreting the description correctly.

I'm not interpreting multipack, I'm comparing what other sites of the same item represent with the same term, and they aren't representing multiple packages.

I follow what you're saying and what you believe, and I hope anyone that does order it gets exactly what the item description says, but obviously there is no guarantee it will be, and sufficient red flags that show it might not be. Again, at the end of the day Amazon will make it right with some time and effort contacting them I am sure. Good luck!

These are above-average foods according to CatFoodDB, with one caveat: contain guar gum, which is an additive that some experts claim may be a possible contributor to certain medical conditions in cats. I would not feed this exclusively, although I do buy Sheba when on a deal to provide variety.

I've bought other packs before: you get 2 12-packs with 48 servings. See https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OLSB1BY for reference

So, kids, stop the juvenile pissing match.

I ordered this and only got 24 servings. I then opened a chat with customer service and ended up being refunded and got to keep the package

I ordered 2 and got the correct amount. The Amazon box contained 2 boxes from Mars, each box contained 2 12 packs for a total of 48 twin packs. Awesome deal. Now if it were the chicken flavor, that would be super.

FYI just received my order today. 24 twin packs separated into two boxes of 12 twin packs each, as expected, for a total of 48 servings. Deal is still live also.
