Dakine Men's Gore-Tex Gloves EXPIRED

These are very high quality. I've been using them for snowboarding for 3+ years now.

I have not that great experience with these gloves. You may notice a black area on a thumb finger. It is designed for cleaning googles and it peeled off over time leaving unprotected fabric and my finger wet.

I have the mittens version of these and they work very well (20+ days of use last season).

For $25 might as well have a spare the season coming up, thanks OP!

Think it would be good for a cold weather motorcycle ride 70-80mph at maybe 40-50 F for an hour? Got some olympian thinsulate motorcycle gauntlets, but they get chilly pretty quickly. Especially at <40 F

Anyone have an idea of how this would hold up on a motorcycle 80+ mph? Current ones I have keep my hands good up intill 32 degree, but they don't breath very well.

Drawstrings on these gloves are absolute trash. I broke one my first day out, paid for shipping to Dakine for repair, and the next day out, the other one broke.

I ended up just duct taping them together. Didn't want to pay for more shipping.

Overall 3/5 because of how annoying this is. Unable to tighten them when they break."

Consensus reading over all amazon reviews:
True to size.
Not water proof, so no rain riding. Gauntlet closure breaks, temps >30 F I'd say if reviews say does okat at only above 20 F while stationery not riding.

I am still not sure, I may jump on them ride, and return if not what I need.

This is not the same glove.

Edit: Sorry, saw you commented on the Sequoia. I have the Titan (the other glove and it has held up very well for me for the 4+ years I've had it). I am however switching to mittens this season though.

I wore them in minus conditions going down a mountain at 50 mph for hours.
They are BULKY though. Bulky enough that you have to get used to them when strapping in your bindings. I'm not sure how that would be when handling a motorcycle. When I say bulky think medieval gauntlets
