Got one of these last time they were on the front page, and was pleasantly surprised at how much benefit I have gotten from it. Would recommend if you sleep on your side.

Got this last time it was on sale. Used it twice. Slept horrible. Returned it. Would not recommend.

Like others have said. It is too firm. A regular pillow still is better. This pillow sits on my floor.

Quote from JaredSD :
Not a knock on this brand, but I would try to find one that has a strap/loop on it so it slides over one leg. If it doesn't have a strap then it will def do its own thing in the night. YMMV on that part though.
Which leg do you strap it to? Your lower or upper leg?

you can achieve the same thing by taking 2 old flattened pillows, stuffing them both into a pillow case and using that. been doing that for years
no need to buy this crap

I got it last deal but didnt like it so I emailed the manufacturer directly for a return and they refunded the entire amount to me without returning the item.

Is this for lower back or hips?

I think both, personally I use it to help with my back injury.

I have one and would recommend it. I normally sleep with a pillow between my legs, but then switched to this. It's comfortable,. And it's also smaller than a pillow, so it would touch or disturb your partner.

for me, i'd much rather keep using my body pillow than this - far more comfortable and accomplishes essentially the same thing.

Upper, on thigh, just above your knee or a little higher. It doesn't really strap to your leg as in creating pressure, but it def helps to stay in place.
